How to vote online to elect the workers' safety representative (RLS)

The video tutorial shows every step a worker takes to vote online for the workers' safety representative (RLS), from the invitation received by email to the voting receipt. You vote from your phone or computer, in less than a minute.

Length 39 seconds. For workers voting in the RLS election and for those organising the election in the company who want to show colleagues how to vote.

Three useful things to know

Every worker entitled to vote receives an email with a personal link. They open the voting page, read the question, choose a candidate or abstain, and check the summary. Until the vote is sent, the choice can be changed. Once sent, the vote cannot be cast again and the receipt appears with the date and time.

The voter is identified through their personal link, then their identity is separated from the choice they made. The system records that the person has voted, to calculate turnout, but the choice cannot be traced back to the person who made it.

In the video the company is an example, Camelot Industrie S.p.A.
