The list of eligible voters
The company or the electoral committee uploads the list of those entitled to vote, with email or mobile number. Only people on the list can vote, and only once.
Lists, candidates and preferences
The ballot follows the election rules, with a list vote and preferences for the candidates of the chosen list for union representatives, or with the choice of one candidate for the health and safety representative.
The personal link
When the polling station opens, every eligible voter receives a personal, unique link by email or SMS. People vote from their phone or computer, without installing anything or creating an account.
The open polling station
Voting stays open for the set window, one day or more. The electoral committee follows turnout in real time, and each voter receives a receipt with a code that confirms the vote without revealing its content.
Counting and minutes
At closing the count is automatic, with blank and invalid ballots and abstentions counted separately, and seats are allocated among the lists with the method set by the rules. Results and turnout are ready as PDF and Excel for the committee's minutes.
A verifiable election, from the first vote to the count
Secret ballot
The voter's identity is irreversibly separated from their choice. The system records that the person voted, for turnout purposes, but not how they voted.
One ballot per eligible voter
The link is personal and works only once, so the ballot cannot be duplicated and nobody votes twice.
Real-time turnout
The electoral committee sees how many have voted while the polling station is open, useful for RSU elections, which are valid if more than half of the eligible voters take part.
Intact, verifiable results
Every vote is encrypted and recorded with integrity, it cannot be altered, and the result can be verified.
