Camelot takes online, or into a hybrid format, the shareholder meetings of limited companies, corporations, cooperatives and consortia and board meetings. Roll call, quorum by head and by shares, proxies and weighted voting are handled in one place, and the minutes are ready at closing.

Notice and documents
Each member receives the notice with a personal link by email or SMS and finds the agenda and documents on the platform, such as the draft financial statements.
Roll call and attendance quorum
At the opening the roll call records who is present, in the room or connected, and the quorum by head and by shares updates in real time throughout the meeting.
Proxies and weighted voting
Proxies are recorded before the meeting and stay tracked. Each vote counts for the share it represents, or one per head, as in cooperatives.
Vote item by item
The chair opens and closes each vote following the agenda, by open or secret ballot. The result by head and by shares is available immediately.
Minutes
The minutes collect attendance, proxies, quorum and the result of each item, are finalised in a form that cannot be altered and export as PDF and Excel.

Open or secret vote
Each vote is set as open or secret. In a secret vote the voter's identity is irreversibly separated from their choice.
Attendance and proxies recorded
Attendance and proxies stay recorded and the quorum by head and by shares updates in real time throughout the meeting.
Documents and communications tracked
Documents, requests to speak and formal communications stay tracked in the meeting, available for the minutes.
Intact, verifiable results
Every vote is encrypted and recorded with integrity, it cannot be altered, and the result can be verified.

How much an online shareholder meeting costs
